Hailing from San Marino, CA, DM-Punch is an emerging rap artist who’s set to follow his 2017 LP, “The Hustle” with new music slated for Spring 2024. Combining trap and dance beats with hard-edged rhymes, he’s announced his arrival as a youthful, unique, and powerful voice in music that cannot be denied.

Following graduation when most of his peers were going off to their studies, DM began his musical journey in 2014 when his innate abilities caught the attention of his peers, who urged him to follow his muse, and pursue a career in the industry. Taking early inspiration from Tupac, Pitbull and the Notorious B.I.G., DM began writing lyrics and producing his own music, and bolstered by positive responses from magazines, podcasts, press, and online radio, it was clear that the path to success in the world of rap was not only possible, but well within reach.

But for DM, music was more than a path to fame and success. Struggling in academics and bullied for being overweight, music was his outlet – a place to express his pent-up struggles and emotions. Coupled with his chops on the drums and piano, and buoyed by the duality of being at once both the thoughtful lyricist, as well as the class clown who could keep a crowd engaged with his charm and charisma – it was only a matter of time before he married these sides of himself and channeled them both into his art.

Outside of his music, following an athletic career in football and wrestling, and inspired by the incredible transformation of his body, DM studied kinesiology not only to help himself, but also others, and in addition to music, he’s now a Certified fitness trainer and sports nutritionist.

in 2020, with the support of his family, he started DM-PUNCH, INC, a record label of his own where he could release his music, as well as the work of other artists. And after two years spent in the lab with acclaimed producer Argamo Toros, DM has emerged with two striking albums of cutting-edge, contemporary electronic and rap music that bears his unmistakable passion, grit, style, and attitude, reflecting his story, experience, and the voice he’s ready to share with the world.
